The Musharek board is composed by four members:

1- President and co-founder: Grace Harb, Attorney and Corporate Affairs Specialist
2- Vice President and Secretary: Camille Moukarzel, President of the Professional Computers Association (PCA)
3- Treasurer and co-founder: Moussa Khoury, Attorney, Founder and Senior Partner MAKLaw
4- Program Director: Mouna Mounayer
5- Project coordinator: Yorgo Badr

Despite the obstacles Musharek faced, the organisation remains steadfast in its dedication to fulfilling its mission of empowering communities and promoting sustainable social development. The team continues to work tirelessly to navigate through the bureaucratic hurdles and ensure the smooth transition of leadership, allowing the organisation to carry forward with its impactful initiatives and contribute to positive change in Lebanon.
